We collect only what we need, and nothing more.

• Phone number — only if you join our loyalty stamp program. You provide this voluntarily when a staff member adds you to the system.
• IP address and browser information — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) when you visit this website. This is standard infrastructure data we do not actively use.

We do not collect your name, email address, payment details, or any other personal data unless you explicitly provide it.

• Loyalty stamp tracking — your phone number is linked to your stamp balance so staff can look you up and add or redeem stamps accurately.
• No marketing spam — we will never use your phone number to send you promotional messages or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Website performance — Vercel uses basic analytics to keep this site running smoothly. This is entirely on the infrastructure side and is not connected to your loyalty account.

Your loyalty data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform that uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your data with any third party. Your information stays between you and Refidim Café.

• Stamp validity — your stamps are valid for 45 days from your last visit. After 45 days of inactivity, accumulated stamps expire.
• Account retention — your loyalty account and its history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your data promptly (see Your Rights below).

You have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you
• Request a correction if something is wrong
• Request full deletion of your account and data

To exercise any of these rights, simply visit us in person at the café or reach out via Instagram @refidimcafe. We will handle your request with care and without friction.

The loyalty program is a simple reward system — collect 8 stamps, earn a free specialty drink. That is the full extent of how your data is used.

This website uses minimal cookies. Our hosting platform Vercel may set basic performance and analytics cookies to help the site load properly. These cookies do not track your browsing habits across other websites and are not linked to your loyalty account.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
