Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need, and nothing more.

• Loyalty program — your name and phone number, and your birthday if you choose to share it. You provide these voluntarily when you join.
• Online account (optional) — if you create one, your 6-digit PIN is stored only as a one-way scrambled code (nobody, including our staff, can read it), and your account shows your points history, orders and bookings.
• Orders and table bookings — the name and phone number you enter (and an email address if you add one), plus what you ordered or booked.
• IP address and browser information — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) when you visit this website. This is standard infrastructure data we do not actively use.

We never collect payment details online — you always pay at the café.

• Loyalty points — your phone number is linked to your points balance so staff can look you up and add or redeem points accurately.
• Your order or booking — so we can prepare it and reach you if something changes. Our staff may send you a WhatsApp message about it from the café's own phone.
• No marketing spam — we will never use your phone number to send you promotional messages or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Website performance — Vercel uses basic analytics to keep this site running smoothly. This is entirely on the infrastructure side and is not connected to your loyalty account.

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform that uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Only our own servers can read it — never the public website code — and staff tools require a personal sign-in.

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your data with any third party. Your information stays between you and Refidim Café.

• Points — your points never expire.
• Account retention — your loyalty account and its history are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your data promptly (see Your Rights below).

You have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you
• Request a correction if something is wrong
• Request full deletion of your account and data

To exercise any of these rights, simply visit us in person at the café or reach out via Instagram @refidimcafe. We will handle your request with care and without friction.

The loyalty program is a simple reward system — earn 1 point per XCG and spend them on anything on the menu (100 points = 10 XCG). That is the full extent of how your loyalty data is used.

This website uses minimal cookies. If you sign in to your Refidim account, a secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in on that device (for up to 90 days, or until you sign out). Our hosting platform Vercel may set basic performance and analytics cookies to help the site load properly. These cookies do not track your browsing habits across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
