Never. Your points stay on your card until you spend them — no timers, no resets.

I forgot my PIN

Ask any staff member — they can reset it at the counter in seconds. Your points are never affected.

I already have points — how do I get an account?

Tap Create account with the same phone number. A staff member gives you a 6-digit setup code that connects your existing points.

Can I delete my data?

Yes — ask any staff member or message us on Instagram @refidimcafe and we'll remove your record.

What if I change my number?

Let a staff member know and we'll move your points to the new number.
