How it works — no catch, no fine print

How you earn

You earn 1 point for every 1 XCG you spend — on anything, every visit. No minimum.

What points are worth

Points are money: every 10 points = 1 XCG off. Spend them on anything on the menu — a coffee, a wrap, a full meal.

Double point days

Visit on any Monday, or before 10am Tuesday–Saturday, and you earn double points.

Streaks & birthdays

Visit week after week to build a streak and earn bonus points — and we drop a points gift on your birthday.

Points never expire

Your points stay yours. No timers, no resets — save them up for something big if you like.

How to spend them

Show this page to any staff member and tell them how much of your points to use. They knock it off your bill — that simple.

Do my points expire?

Never. Your points stay on your card until you spend them — no timers, no resets.

Can I delete my data?

Yes — ask any staff member or message us on Instagram @refidimcafe and we'll remove your record immediately.

How is my phone number stored?

Securely in our cloud database. We never share it with third parties or use it for spam.

What if I change my number?

Let a staff member know and we'll transfer your points to the new number.
