Welcome to Refidim Café. By visiting our café, using our website, or participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them clear and fair.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing refidim-chat.vercel.app or using any Refidim Café service — in person or digital — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. The Loyalty Program

The Regulars Table is our loyalty program. Participation is free and voluntary.

Eligibility: Any customer who provides a phone number at the café may join.
Earning stamps: 1 stamp per 12 XCG spent in a single purchase (e.g. 24 XCG = 2 stamps, 36 XCG = 3 stamps). Splitting an order does not earn additional stamps.
Double stamp days: All day Monday, and weekdays before 10:00 AM, earn 2 stamps per qualifying purchase.
Welcome gift: 1 bonus stamp upon registration.
Redemption: 8 stamps = 1 free specialty drink (Frappuccino, Matcha Latte, or Chai Latte). No cash value. Non-transferable.
Stamp validity: Stamps expire 45 days from your last visit. Each qualifying visit resets the timer.
Program changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program. We will notify participants with reasonable advance notice.

3. Online Ordering

Orders are subject to availability. We will contact you if an item is unavailable.
All orders are currently pickup-only at our Santarosaweg 27 location.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Speak to a staff member at the café if you have a concern.
Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

When using our website or AI assistant, you agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to staff tools
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services
Use the AI assistant for unlawful or harmful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Refidim Café name, logo, brand design, photography, and written content — belongs to Refidim Café. You may not reproduce or distribute any of it without written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and its services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Refidim Café is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao (Kingdom of the Netherlands). Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
